FCP Center, as its name suggests, is a gym specialising in maintaining and increasing fitness, cycling and spinning classes, and pilates.
Modern and well-equipped, FCP Center provides an inviting and encouraging exercise environment for all fitness levels. Soft coloured lighting creates a reassuring backdrop to your daily regime, and staff are friendly and always at hand to help with any fitness query you may have.
The centre operates over three separate rooms, where specific classes occur during opening hours. Being a specialised establishment, staff are skilled and knowledgable about the type of session that will suit you, and all classes include physical activity designed to improve or maintain body condition and appearance.
FCP offers 15 different fitness sessions, including pilates, indoor cycling, suspension TRX training and Kropp 3D training. Also available are group weight-loss programmes, nutritional advice, and personal training sessions - ideal for those that struggle with motivation. Whatever your fitness level or preference, FCP provides a friendly and approachable space in which exercise becomes both fun and rewarding.
