After lunch, continue to Huasquila Lodge in the Amazon basin for a three-night stay. In the afternoon, a guided hike leads through the rainforest to a waterfall, with opportunities to learn about local medicinal plants and biodiversity. The evening includes a hands-on chocolate-making experience using traditional Ecuadorian cacao methods.

On the second day, a three-hour hike takes you to a 120-meter cave inhabited by bats and other wildlife, followed by a swim at a nearby 14-meter waterfall. In the afternoon, visit a Kichwa community to experience traditional music, dance, and chicha preparation, gaining insight into their culture. A night walk concludes the day with sightings of frogs, insects, and bioluminescent mushrooms.

The third day features a Napo River adventure with canoeing, tubing, and a visit to the giant Ceibo tree. Explore the Amazoonico rescue center, home to rehabilitated animals, and visit the caiman lagoon before returning to the lodge.

On the final day, return to Quito with a stop at a private Andean reserve for hiking and birdwatching. Enjoy a final lunch surrounded by nature before transfer to your hotel or airport.
