Description
Your experience begins early on Santa Cruz Island, where you'll head to the wharf to board the boat bound for Floreana Island. During the sail, you'll be able to enjoy views of the ocean and, hopefully, spot dolphins or seabirds.
Upon arrival, you'll start your visit at Punta Cormorant. Here you'll take a guided hike along natural trails that will lead you to a lagoon inhabited by flamingos. You can also observe marine iguanas and a green sand beach that is characteristic of the area, while the tour guide explains the formation of the place and its biodiversity.
You'll then continue on to Enderby Islet, where you'll have the opportunity to snorkel in the clear waters. You'll be able to see fish, starfish, sea turtles, and sometimes rays. The activity takes place in safe, guided areas.
During the tour, you'll also see sea lions resting on the rocks and birds such as blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds. You'll have time to take photos and enjoy the surroundings.
Finally, you'll head back by boat to Santa Cruz Island after a day of exploration and contact with nature.
