Discover a lesser-known side of Ecuador with a self-guided wine tasting at Café del Cielo in Baños de Agua Santa. Sample three wines from Bodega Dos Hemisferios, an Ecuadorian winery whose vineyards are located in San Miguel del Morro, in the coastal province of Guayas. Learn about wines produced in Ecuador and discover different grape varieties, aromas, and flavors at your own pace. The tasting includes three glasses of 60 ml each: Del Morro Cabernet Sauvignon, Del Morro Merlot, and Travesía Reserva Pinot Noir; plus a printed guide with the steps to enjoy your tasting. The wines are paired with a small individual selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, nuts, and breadsticks, chosen to complement the tasting. Savor each wine at your leisure while taking in the panoramic setting of Café del Cielo, perched above the town of Baños de Agua Santa. A laid-back experience for travelers who want to include Ecuadorian food and wine in their visit to Baños.
