Description
The tour begins at one of Puerto Ayora's main piers. After an initial overview of the bay and ships, you will paddle toward Academy Bay cliffs to spot native birds such as blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, and lava herons.
Continuing to the second bay, where the waters are calm, you can observe marine turtles more easily. The route follows the shoreline, offering chances to see lava herons and Sally lightfoot crabs on mangrove branches.
The tour includes visiting a sunken ship and the Love Channel, an area known for ancient local stories. A refreshing snorkeling session is included in the experience.
