Description
The experience begins at 5 am at Cruz del Papa in La Carolina Park, where participants meet before a 4x4 transfer to the Teleférico de Quito takeoff point at 4,600 meters above sea level. An optional transportation service is available to this meeting point for added convenience.
From the takeoff location, you will meet your pilot, who will provide safety instructions and prepare you for the flight. The paragliding flight lasts approximately 20 minutes, soaring above the Andean páramos and offering views of Quito's historic center and rich indigenous flora and fauna.
The flight concludes with a landing back at La Carolina Park in downtown Quito, allowing you to see the city’s urban architecture alongside the surrounding Andean landscapes.
