Description
Travel south from Quito to the Quilotoa area, stopping first at the Shalala viewpoint to admire the Andean landscape. Visit the community viewpoint before descending to the Quilotoa Lagoon.
At the lagoon, you will have free time to hike and explore. The return walk follows a trail linking the lagoon to the community viewpoint. Because the hike is physically demanding, mules are available to carry those who prefer not to walk back.
After lunch, the tour includes a visit to a Tigua craft workshop, known for its colorful artwork, and a stop at the Toachi Canyon.
