Description
This tour starts at 8:30 AM from the designated meeting point. First, you will visit the Middle of the World, Ecuador’s iconic equatorial line that divides the northern and southern hemispheres.
At the Middle of the World, you may optionally visit the Intiñan Museum (entrance fee not included). The museum offers an interactive experience highlighting ancestral history and unique solar phenomena. Discover century-old huts, observe earth’s physical phenomena demonstrated through educational examples, and learn about the sun’s path in the Acoratene.
Next, the tour continues to the Pululahua Crater, one of the few inhabited volcanic craters worldwide. This location is known for its rich biodiversity and dramatic landscape of mountains and valleys.
The tour concludes around 1:30 PM with a return to your hotel.
