Ciré

Ciré represents the dream come true of a Quito couple, María Gabriela Crespo, interior designer, and Eric Dreyer, chef, who put their individual skills at task to make of Ciré one of the favorites of Cumbayá.

Signature cuisine would be the best denomination for its food, even though one can detect a strong European influence, of many countries at the same time, combining perfectly with the restaurant's decoration (with rococo touches, very pastiche and colourful). Service is agile and kind. There's a balcony which is perfect for dining on the mostly warm days in the valley. 

Ciré is located half a block from the main park of Cumbayá, this little suburban town which has become an important residential and commercial hub, as well as a culinary and nightlife destination.
