In the interior of the convent Todosantos (Allsaints) and managed by the Oblata Congregation, Restaurant Todosantos offers a special experience. Totally renovated between 2008 and 2014, the 1534 building is a city heritage site and part of a complex that includes a church, a handicraft shop, a view point and an orchard.
The restaurant offers good and tasty local (Cuenca) food made with its home-grown organic vegetables and fruits. The most delicious traditional treats, like Quesadillas, Costras, Mestizos, Cholas, and many more, as well as bread, are made in their wood oven, adding more charm to the place.
If you want a real taste of traditional Cuenca, this is the place to go!
