Teatro Sánchez Aguilar is a first class theatre in Guayaquil presenting local and international events for the whole family. Theatre plays for children and adults, entertainment performances like circus and magic shows, classical and modern music concerts, ballet and dance, and many more are part of their program which is always kept busy.
There is ample parking space on premises, free of charge. The facilities include a Bar and a Café that are open not only for events but independently from those, the Café from Monday to Saturday from 5 to 9 pm, and the Bar on weekends from Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 pm on.
The Main Hall has a 950-people capacity. The smaller Zaruma Hall can accommodate up to 150 people and can be used with different configurations to accommodate various types of events. The premises can also be used for exhibitions. It has handicapped access and special areas to accommodate them comfortably in the halls (it is recommended to point it out when buying tickets for handicapped).
Tickets for their events can be purchased at the theatre's ticket booth, Monday to Sunday 9 am to 9 pm, or through Ticketshow.
