The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast daily from 6:30am to 9:00am with a generous selection of Ecuadorian delicacies, like cheese-filled yucca croquettes and sweet plantain rolls, as well as classic breakfast treats, like scrambled eggs, French toast, sausages, wheat toasts, and several choices of cereals, fresh juice, coffee, and tea.
A la carte lunch and dinner can be served in the guestrooms or in the patio, as well as in the restaurant. The menu is overflowing with seafood, from shrimp, octopus and fish, to Galapagos Lobster Au Gratin, there is a dish to tempt every appetite. In the mood for something more casual, the Shrimp Burger and Ceviche are local favorites. Steak in Pepper Sauce and Chicken Teriyaki are exquisitely prepared by the chef. Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm. Dinner is served from 6pm to 9pm.
Pelican Bar is open for drinks from 9am to 9pm.
