A conditioning centre dedicated to the cause of education and training, Janine’s has a team of highly-trained professionals and certified teachers at its helm, including Janine herself who is actively involved in everything going on at her gym. Focusing on health programs that suit everyone, from young mothers to training athletes, fitness regimes are tailored to the individual here. Cutting-edge exercise classes are also provided such as Spinning, Yoga, Dance, Salsa, Pilates and Capoeira, encouraging fitness in a fun and interactive way.
