Salvia Restaurant

Salvia Restaurant's home is an elegant old house located in the Estadio neighbourhood in Cuenca.

Their menu is small but it changes all over every month. They serve lunch, English tea, and dinner. Although their cuisine boasts dishes from several countries in Europe, you will find a lot of British influence, including the pretty gardens of the house, as both the head chef and the manager are from the UK. Among their specialties are home-cured meats, homemade bread, roasts, delicious salads and much more. On Sundays they offer a special family lunch.

The restaurant features a small dining room for 10 people, and a large garden room. There's also a bar to enjoy a pre or post-meal drink.
