Within the Cotopaxi National Park is the 'La Mariscal Interpretation Center' where we can learn about the cultural wealth of the Cotopaxi Province. One of the most incredible moments of this trip arrives and it is the ascent to the 'Jose Rivas Refuge' you will feel that you are closer to the top of this enormous snow capped mountain with its height of 5897 meters (19350 ft), lunch will be had after the descent of Cotopaxi. The Limpiopungo lagoon is our last point to visit, we are going to take a walk along a path around the lagoon, we are going to take photographs, relax and enjoy the beautiful natural landscape.
