Rincón de Francia ('French Corner') has been delighting its excellent clientele since 1977 with the finest of French and international cuisine.
Upon arrival to the restaurant, you will be warmly welcomed by Azucena Aragón, the owner, who will help you select the best specialties of the house and the appropriate wine to go with them. The dishes are prepared by expert cooks under the direction of executive chef Mario Aragón, one of the most renowned in Ecuador.
At lunch time, the atmosphere is livened up with piano music. Some of the menu offerings to whet your appetite are Stuffed Crab Shell, Sea Bass Flambé with Pernot, and Three Pepper Escargots or Charolais. The chefs and waiters will be able to recommend the best for your mood and tastes. You can accompany those with an exquisite French wine or, if you prefer, the classical champagne.
