Since it opened in 2008, Swiss Bistro in Baños offers an authentic Swiss/European menu: different kinds of fondue (cheese, beef, chicken, chocolate), raclette, meats and poultry, great desserts with a lot of chocolate, and of course roesti potatoes in all their varieties. A good supply of wine and spirits complete the gastronomic offering of this restaurant. Service is impeccable and friendly.
The place is located at only 2 blocks from the main square, a parking lot is across the street. They are open everyday, Monday to Sunday, for lunch and dinner. They also have outdoor seating in a nice 'garden-lounge'.
They take reservations, which is recommended especially during long weekend holidays.
