Chef Jorge Jiménez brings to the table his 25-year experience in Europe to delight palates with his own creations, unusual dishes with a Mediterranean influence.

Various seafood dishes like sauteed octopus and saffron and shrimp risotto, homemade pastas, and a variety of Spanish 'tapas' are on offer on San Pauli's menu. Bread is homemade.

Desserts are another specialty of the chef. The chocolate parfait, the almond crocanti, the cinammon and cardamom parfait, the pumpkin pie, and more, all have a special touch from his imagination.

You can have something different every time you go to San Pauli, as their menu varies often, which is why it is exhibited on a board instead of on print.
